Duane Beasley

Duane Beasley has more than 21 years of finance and capital markets experience (19 of which have been primarily focused on mortgage-related issues) and currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Invictus Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Invictus, Mr. Beasley was a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. During his 17 years at Orrick, Mr. Beasley represented banks and non-bank financial institutions in connection with securitizations, warehouse facilities, asset acquisitions and dispositions, servicer advance facilities, commercial loan transactions and debt restructurings. Mr. Beasley received a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from Stanford University and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.
